Security cage rooms and storage enclosures are the most common expanded metal request — full floor-to-ceiling cage rooms with lockable doors for storage, server rooms, utility areas, and controlled-access spaces in warehouses, schools, hospitals, and commercial buildings. Expanded metal security doors are fabricated with tube steel or angle iron frames and expanded metal or welded wire mesh infill — used as secondary security doors for basement entries, mechanical rooms, and storefront access. Window guards and vent covers use expanded metal panels welded into frames for basement windows, ventilation openings, and HVAC equipment protection. HVAC dunnage protection cages enclose rooftop mechanical equipment against theft and vandalism.
