Galvanized Grating Applications We Fabricate
Rooftop catwalk and dunnage decks are the most common request — galvanized open bar grating panels mounted on structural steel catwalk frames providing safe maintenance access to HVAC equipment, antenna masts, and rooftop mechanical systems. Steel stair treads use galvanized bar grating cut to tread width and depth — the standard tread material for commercial and industrial exterior staircases, providing drainage and slip resistance in outdoor applications. Mezzanine and platform floors use heavy-duty galvanized grating panels as the walking surface on raised steel platforms, equipment mezzanines, and mechanical room catwalks. Cellar door frames and gratings use galvanized flat bar grating as the structural infill for cellar door frames and sidewalk gratings over basement-level light wells. Drainage grates and trench covers are fabricated for commercial kitchen drainage, loading dock trenches, and outdoor drainage channels requiring walkable steel covers.
